With Drupal I find many of the pros are also cons and vica versa.

High level of performance for busy sites. Drupal requires web developers with a strong knowledge of php which can offer a higher level of service and functionality. The admin interface has many options and features for the resulting site.

Drupal requires web developers with a strong knowledge of php possibly leading to less freelance developers available. More setup time. The admin interface can appear cumbersome if not needing the many advanced features.

Joomla is content friendly offering many plugin add on features.

Limited on design options and single level categories. Can be confusing to use. Slighty more setup time.

WordPress has traditionally been used for blogging and while more widley used is only growing as a CMS over the past year. Easy and quick to install. Offers many plugin features. Fairly simple to use. More free lance developers able to work with Wordpress.

Requires users to upgrade for security releases, not supplied as security patches. Upgrades can some times break functionality. Some features can be hard to find in the administration interface.
